Taguig 2nd District Rep. Lani Cayetano on Thursday said the Cayetano family is committed to supporting transport and delivery riders.
“Karangalan ng pamilya Cayetano na sa simple naming paraan ay makapaghandog sa mga masisipag nating kababayan,” she said during the Bayanihan sa Kapaskuhan program on December 16, 2021.
(It is an honor for the Cayetano family that through our own simple ways, we are able to give gifts to our hardworking citizens.)
Rep. Lani said she and her husband former Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano are proud allies of transport drivers and delivery riders.
(I am delighted that we were given the chance to see each other in person. We spent almost two years avoiding face-to-face celebrations. But as your Kuya Alan Peter Cayetano said, ‘We will not let the Christmas season pass by without seeing our riders from Lalamove, Foodpanda, and Grab.’)
The December 16 episode is the second installment of former Speaker Cayetano’s Bayanihan sa Kapaskuhan: 7-Day Christmas Special program. The initiative was launched on December 13, 2021.
Rep. Cayetano was joined by Federation of Ayala Center Transport Terminals Inc. president Rizalino Villaraza, G14 Master Group Grab president Rambis Batrina, and Sold Out Group Grab president Frederick Mangrobang.
