An Act Modifying the Salary Schedule for Civilian Government Personnel and Authorizing the Grant of Additional Benefits, and for Other Purposes

This bill modified the salary schedule for civilian government personnel and authorized the grant of additional benefits. This will be implemented in four tranches starting January 1, 2020, and every January 1 thereafter until the final tranche in 2023.
