An Act Prohibiting All Forms of Gambling Thereby Repealing the Laws That Created the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and Revoking Their Respective Congressional Franchises

This bill seeks to repeal the charters creating the PCSO and the PAGCOR, thereby revoking their Congressional franchises. It is also in the intention of the bill to promulgate as a fundamental state policy the prohibition of all forms of gambling in the country, including those operated and regulated by the government.
