An Act Establishing the National Health Passport System and Providing Free Diagnostic Tests in Government Hospitals and Appropriating Funds Therefor

The bill intends that all individuals are issued a health passport that shall contain all their medical history and other medically relevant data so that they themselves will have a copy of their medical records, which would be handy in emergency situations, as well as ensure that all the benefits provided under the “Health Passport Program” are successfully implemented.
