This bill seeks to separate the Silangan Elementary School Annex in Barangay Maharlika Village, Taguig, Metro Manila, from the Silangan Elementary School in Barangay Upper Bicutan, Taguig, Metro Manila, and convert it into an independent elementary school to be known as the Panangan G. Pangandaman Jr. Elementary School.
