An Act Creating and Establishing the Philippine Academy for Sports and Providing Funds Therefor

This bill creates the first and main campus of the Philippine Academy of Sports (PAS) in New Clark City, and later on establishes more campuses in other regions. The PAS will serve as the premier training center to develop the athletic skills and talents of students and will be a catalyst that will ignite sports development in the country. Scholarships and other benefits shall be provided to deserving students who have shown potential and talent in the field of athletics and sports.
