An Act Requiring Establishments to Submit to the Municipality or City in Which They Are Located an Employment Report as a Prerequisite to the Issuance of a Business Permit

The bill seeks to propose a system of generating information about current and future employment opportunities available in each city or municipality in the country that will provide the said LGU with data regarding employment opportunities and the DOLE with a basis in creating policies to achieve full and equal opportunities for our citizens.
