An Act Providing for Additional Mechanisms to Accelerate the Recovery, Bolster the Resiliency of the Philippine Economy, and Providing Funds Therefor

This bill provides for three different types of interventions to assist Filipinos at the time of the COVID-19 pandemic: 1) Kalinga interventions are fiscal government program and projects intended to alleviate the effects of COVID-19 by providing direct emergency and social amelioration or assistance to Filipinos; 2) Kabuhayan package are fiscal and non-fiscal relief to ensure Filipinos have sustainable sources of income and businesses would be able to support operations; and 3) Kalusugan interventions are fiscal and non-fiscal relief intended to ensure Filipinos would have access to sufficient and stable quantity of affordable food and quality health services despite the impact of the COVID-19 crisis.
