An Act Institutionalizing a Comprehensive Path to Educational Completion Through a Holistic Student Support Program, Providing Funds Therefor, and for Other Purposes

This bill provides free schooling essentials, including school supplies, uniforms, and instructional materials for every student enrolled in public kindergarten, elementary, junior high, or senior high school, including Alternative Learning System (ALS) learners, at the start of every school year. Further, it establishes a Local Government Educational Assistance Program in every city and municipality that will fund the financial assistance for post-secondary students in public or private Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) and technical-vocational institutions based on academic excellence, enrollment in priority courses, or belonging to marginalized sectors.
