An Act Establishing a Framework for a Smart Philippines, Ensuring Accessible and Affordable Internet for All, Appropriating Funds Therefor, and for Other Purposes

This bill creates the Smart Philippines Council, composed of all the relevant government agencies, that shall create the Smart Philippines Initiative, a five-year strategic action plan, with particular focus on modernizing digital infrastructure, health, transportation, education, finance, and urban development for cities and municipalities in the country.
