An Act Strengthening the Philippine Navy, the Philippine Coast Guard, and the Philippine National Police Maritime Group, by the Purchase and Establishment of Floating Hospitals Under Their Jurisdiction, Appropriating Funds Therefor, and for Other Purposes

This bill seeks to establish a level 3 floating hospital that would be a vital tool for immediate disaster response. Further, this could advance the delivery of health services within the reach of those in geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas.
