An Act Creating a Commission to Conduct a Comprehensive Fact-Finding Investigation of the Causes, Circumstances, Costs and Actions to Be Taken in Light of the Disasters and Calamities Due to Tropical Storm Ondoy and Typhoon Pepeng, Recommend Measures to Prevent the Occurrence of Similar Tragedies Brought About by These Calamities, and for Other Purposes

This bill creates a commission to conduct a comprehensive investigation of the causes and impacts of disasters caused by Tropical Storm Ondoy and Typhoon Pepeng and recommend preventive measures.
