An Act Establishing the Anti-Stunting Action Plan (ASAP) Council in the Philippines, Defining Its Powers and Functions, Appropriating Funds Therefor, and for Other Purposes

This bill establishes a high-level Anti-Stunting Action Plan (ASAP) Council (chaired by DOH and DSWD Secretaries), an independent body attached to the Office of the President, to lead, coordinate, and oversee a national action plan to reduce and prevent stunting across government sectors. It also mandates the ASAP Council to develop and oversee the ASAP for comprehensive and sustainable solutions to address stunting.
