An Act Mandating the Establishment of Health Centers in All Barangays, Appropriating Funds Therefor, and for Other Purposes

This bill mandates the establishment of a health center in every barangay nationwide in three (3) years to bring primary health care services closer to the people. This bill will address the 15,057 out of 42,011 with no barangay health stations. Further, each Barangay Health Center must be equipped with the following: (a) a health care center/station; (b) healthcare workers, doctors, and medical staff; (c) medicine, diagnostic equipment, and other healthcare facilities.
